That there is tremendous local drive, enterprise, and innovation, plus a host of existing assets and regionally significant developments in the pipeline, is not in doubt.
Nevertheless their impact will fall short of the mark if people, businesses, partners and key influencers, both locally and outside the Borough, are not aware they are here or are happening.
The vision also reflects the research findings, which demonstrated that St.Helens' basic proposition (with some notable exceptions) is of regional rather than national or international significance.
