Research has shown that many of those within our target audiences remain unclear as to where St.Helens is, what it stands for, and what it has to offer.
A strapline to be incorporated within all our branding has been created to redress this and position St.Helens both within the "destination marketplace" and on people's mental map:
"The Heart of the Northwest"
As confirmed by the research we undertook, this statement distils and encapsulates everything we want say about the Borough.
It is positive, credible, and offers differentiation from other areas.
It also identifies our geographical position, and conveys key messages about connectivity and regional significance, at the same time as reflecting our passion and "Northern soul".
